Leigh's Candlelight Chicken
Ingredients
240 ml peach wine
1/2 apricot preserves
16 ml dijon mustard
120 gr pkg angel hair pasta
45 ml olive oil
325 gr chicken
95 gr snow peas stemmed
1 bell pepper in
4 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
7 ml olive oil over high heat until
22 ml oil over high hea snow peas
Instructions
pepper, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and pasta. Mix in reserved mustard-fruit sauce.
