230 ml cream cheese 1/2 hellmans 100 gr sugar 3 eggs 4 gr lemon rind 16 ml lemon juice 4 gr vanilla 1 graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
mayonaise until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. 2>. Beat in eggs, one at a time; beat in rind, juice and vanilla. 3>. Pour into pie crust, place on cookie sheet. Bake at 1930ºC oven 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Chill 4 hours.
