Lemon Blueberry Biscuits

Ingredients

250 gr all purpose flour
65 gr sugar
9 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
230 ml carton lemon yogurt
1 egg
55 gr butter
2 gr lemon peel
100 gr confectioners sugar
16 ml lemon juice
1 gr lemon peel

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine yogurt, egg, butter and lemon peel; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 200ÂșC or 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm biscuits.
