Lemon Buttered Cod Fillets

Ingredients

210 gr cod fillets
28 gr butter
30 ml lemon juice
1 gr lemon pepper
1 gr salt
1 paprika

Instructions

Arrange fillets in shallow 1.5-quart oval microproof casserole or glass pie plate. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap. Use Cook cycle and cook 10 to dozen minutes or until fish flakes easily and is opaque. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
