Lemon Cheese Dessert Bombe

Ingredients

32 gr gelatin
30 ml water
240 ml milk
85 ml cream cheese
100 gr sugar
240 ml lemon yogurt

Instructions

---------------------------------GARNISHES--------------------------------Fresh strawberries optional Soften gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water. Stir in milk. Cook and stir until gelatin dissolves. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Stir in yogurt. Gradually blend in gelatin mixture. Pour into a 3 cup mold or t half cup molds. Chill until set. Unmold and garnish with fresh strawberries, or other fruit of your choice. Barb Day
