Lemon Crackers

Ingredients

500 gr sugar
190 gr shortening
2 bakers ammonia
5 ml oil of lemon
2 eggs
30 ml milk
475 ml milk

Instructions

Flour Soak ammonia over night in pint of milk. Beat eggs seperately and ad 2 T. milk to yolks. Mix dough stiff and roll thin. Prick well with fork and bake. Note: No temperature given. 220ÂșC . ?
