Lemon Filbert Logs
Ingredients
230 gr butter
170 gr brown sugar
2 gr lemon rind
325 gr flour
4 ml lemon juice
1 egg
16 ml water
230 gr filberts
1 1/2 long
1/2 in diameter
Instructions
roll in chopped filberts. Bake 10 to dozen minutes, or until lightly golden. Makes about 3.5 dozen. ----
