Lemon Herb Broiled Chicken

Ingredients

55 gr butter melted
60 ml lemon juice
1 gr marjoram
1 gr salt
1,100 gr frying chicken in

Instructions

1. Heat broiler. In 1 litre saucepan stir together all ingredients except chicken.

2. Place chicken on greased broiler pan; brush chicken with butter mixture. Broil 6-8 inches from heat, turning and basting with sauce every 10 minutes, until chicken is fork tender (30-35 minutes),

3. Meanwhile, cook remaining sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (2 to 3 minutes). Just before serving, spoon sauce over chicken.
