Lemon Ice Box Pie

Ingredients

16 graham cracker squares
38 gr butter
1 nbsp
2 packages sugar-free vanilla pudding
180 ml lemon juice
4 gr lemon rind
2 packages sugar-free lemon jello

Instructions

Mix graham crackers and margarine; spread evenly into 23 cm pie plate. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Bring lemon juice and rind to a boil; dissolve jello in lemon juice. Add this mixture to pudding and mix well. Cool. Spoon into crust. Chill.
