Lemon Icebox Cookies

Ingredients

190 gr all purpose flour
120 gr cornmeal
1 gr cardamom
230 gr butter softened
150 gr granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
2 gr lemon peel
16 ml lemon juice
300 gr confectioners sugar sifted
75 ml lemon juice
16 ml water
40 gr shelled pistachios
10 lo wrap log i n plastic wrap
2 month
1 on ungreased cookie shee bake
3 w ater until smooth
5 ml water to ici ng if necessary
12 cookies
1 slice crisp
