350 ml water 8 packages equal 1 sweetener 12 gr cornstarch 2 eggs 80 ml lemon juice 4 egg whites 7 ml cream of tartar
Instructions
Cook all ingredients in double boiler until thickened. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue which has been beaten stiff. Bake 230ÂșC for 15 minutes or until golden brown. ----
