Lemon Poppy Muffins

Ingredients

375 gr unbleached flour
7 gr baking soda
7 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
100 gr butter
200 gr sugar
180 gr egg beaters
99 egg substitute
240 ml sour cream
80 ml lemon juice
7 gr vanilla extract
36 gr poppy seeds
1 lemon zest
1 granulated sugar
1 in a mixing bowl
1 flour mixture alternately with sour cream
1 fill muffin lined with paper baking
5/8 full

Instructions

Bake in 190ÂșC oven for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
