Lemon-poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

100 gr sugar
80 ml vegetable oil
60 ml water
1 carton
240 gr egg substitute
45 ml lemon juice
9 gr poppy seeds
1 vegetable cooking spray lemon glaze
7 ingredients in a mixing bowl
1,400 gr bundt coated with vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

Lemon Glaze: half cup sifted powdered sugar 2 Tablespoons lemon juice Combine powdered sugar and juice, stirring until smooth. Makes quarter cup.
