Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake

Ingredients

375 gr all purpose flour
400 gr sugar
36 gr poppy seed
230 gr land olakes butter soften
240 ml buttermilk
4 eggs
2 gr baking soda
2 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
8 gr lemon peel
2 gr vanilla
200 gr powdered sugar
30 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oven to 160ÂșC . In large mixer bowl combine all cake ingredients. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until all ingredients are moistened. Beat at high speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes). Pour into greased and floured dozen cup Bundt pan or 25 cm tube pan. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. In small bowl stir together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
