1 lemon 200 gr sugar 24 gr flour 3 eggs 28 gr butter 350 ml milk 1 gr salt 9 pie shell
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add flour, salt, lemon juice and grated rind. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 160ÂșC or 45 minutes. Mrs. John P. Elberti ----
