Lemon Tea Bread
Ingredients
75 gr butter melted
5 gr baking powder
300 gr sugar
3 gr salt
3 lemon extract
120 ml milk
2 eggs
9 gr lemon peel
190 gr all purpose flour
65 gr pecans
60 ml lemon juice
3/8 flour the egg mixture
3/8 milk
1 slice before bread bring to room temperature

1 bake it in smaller loaf pans for finger-food sized for parties

1 margarine works well in this
Instructions
Notes: This has been a huge success everywhere it has showed up. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Grease and flour a 9 inchx5 inch loaf pan.
