Lemon Yogurt

Ingredients

80 ml milk
60 ml vegetable oil
170 ml lemon yogurt
1 egg
220 gr all purpose flour
50 gr sugar
18 gr poppy seeds
6 gr lemon peel
12 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
100 gr powdered sugar
10 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of dozen medium muffin cups, 2- 0.5x1- 1 cm or line with paper baking cups. Beat milk, oil, yogurt and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except Lemon Glaze just until flour is moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (about 0.75 full). Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Drizzle Lemon Glaze over warm muffins. For Glaze: Mix ingredients until smooth and drizzling consistency.
