Lentil Bobotie

Ingredients

10 ml sunflower oil
2 onions
1 clove garlic
6 gr curry powder
2 sultanas
3 gr mixed herbs
8 lentils
142,000 ml skimmed milk
16 ml vinegar

Instructions

Ground black pepper. pn Salt. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onions for 8 minutes. Add the garlic and fry for a further 2 minutes. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place the mixture in a large greased oven proof dish and cover with foil. Cook in the oven at 180 c, 180ºC , gas mark -20ºC or 1 and three quarter hours.
