Ingredients

1/2 lentils
40 gr brown rice
30 ml olive oil
2 garlic
30 ml soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1 onion
2 slices carrots
1 celery stalk
260 gr tomatoes
120 ml tomato juice
60 ml sherry
1 gr basil
2 gr paprika
1 gr marjoram
1 gr thyme
1 salt
6 ingredients in soup po cover with
700 ml water
475 ml more of water along with the rest of the ingredien cover
