1 lentils 475 ml water 1 onion 85 gr mushrooms 30 ml oil 140 gr nuts 240 gr breadcrumbs 16 ml lemon juice 16 ml soy sauce 8 gr mixed herbs
Instructions
Cook lentils in water till soft ( half hour). Saute onions & mushrooms in oil till soft. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in a greased baking pan & bake at 180ÂșC for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Toronto Vegetarian Association
