Lentils & Spanish Rice Enchiladas
Ingredients
1 box spanish quick brown rice
1/2 lentils
475 ml water
250 gr cheese
450 ml enchilada sauce
15 packages corn tortillas
475 ml water
2 full in tortilla
Instructions
cover with enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and place in oven for 20 minutes at 150ÂșC .
