Lettuce And Fruit Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

3 packages mandarin orange
3 grapefruit
6 bibb lettuce heads
30 gr onion
180 ml vinegar
30 ml vegetable oil
22 gr poppy seeds
14 gr sugar
3 gr salt
5 ml dry mustard
180 ml oil

Instructions

Combine mandarin oranges, grapefruit sections, and lettuce in a large salad bowl; toss lightly. Serve with Poppy Seed Dressing. Poppy Seed Dressing: Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric blender; blend well. Slowly add 0.75 cup vegetable oil, continuing to blend until thick. Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and chill. Shake well before serving.
