L'hootz F'tadjeen

Ingredients

1 fish
120 gr onion
1 lacama
150 gr potatoes
130 gr carrots
1 gr salt
3 gr sweet pepper
160 gr tomatoes
1 gr saffron
120 ml olive oil
1 slice pepper

Instructions

Layer all ingredients. Pour over the hot oil. Top with the pimento. Simmer slowly for about 0.75 hour. Do not mix. Serve: Hot, with drops of lemon juice.
