Light And Fruity Pie

Ingredients

4 serv strawberry jello gelatin
160 ml boiling water
120 ml water
3 1/2 cool whip topping
150 gr strawberries hulled
9 graham cracker crumb crust cooled

Instructions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1.25 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove a ny unmelted ice. Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping. Fold in berries. C hill until mixture mounds. Spoon into pie crust. Chill about 2 hours. Garnish w ith additional strawberries, if desired.
