Light Ginger Cookies

Ingredients

200 gr powdered sugar
230 gr butter
16 ml vinegar
280 gr all purpose flour
3 gr ginger
3 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
1 at a time
1/8 on floured

Instructions

cloth-covered board. cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, 6-8 min. Cool slightly; carefully remove from cookie sheet. Decorate with Creamy Decorators Frosting, if desired. About 4 dozen 8 cm cookies. ----
