Light Turkey Jambalaya

Ingredients

16 ml olive oil
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 bell pepper
2 garlic
270 gr cans
240 gr low-sodium
2 gr paprika
1 gr onion powder
2 gr garlic powder
1 gr thyme leaves
1 gr cumin
1 1/2 turkey breast with bone
130 gr turkey sausage
120 gr rice
1 ml sauce
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper

Instructions
