Lisa's Spareribs

Ingredients

6 baby back ribs
6 garlic
60 ml cider vinegar
170 ml pineapple juice
28 gr brown sugar
30 ml soy sauce
55 gr brown sugar
14 gr paprika
6 gr salt
10 ml dry mustard
2 bay leaves
1 gr chili powder
1 gr cayenne pepper
60 ml worcestershire sauce
1 lime juice
475 ml orange juice
120 ml catsup
240 ml water
1 onion fine

Instructions

Marinate ribs overnight. Steam for 1 hour before grilling.

Mix all sauce ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes. Discard bay leaves.

Use the sauce to mop the ribs and at the table, for dipping.
