Lisa's Whole Wheat Cranberry Bread
Ingredients
16 gr dry yeast
220 gr wheat flour
220 gr flour
1 1/2 gluten
55 gr brown sugar
50 gr sugar
1 gr salt
45 gr butter
3 gr dry lemon peel
3 gr dry orange peel
140 gr cranberries
10 gr pure maple syrup
55 gr buttermilk powder
300 ml water
Instructions
Chop cranberries. Drizzle with Maple syrup and stir together. Place ingred. In bread machine according to manufacturers instructions. Adjust water or flour as needed. Cook on White Bread Cycle. Raised up to vent. Delicious fruit flavor. Definite DO AGAIN!
