Liz's Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

400 gr sugar
180 ml oil
3 eggs
9 gr vanilla
260 gr zucchini
325 gr flour
45 gr unsweetened cocoa
12 gr baking powder
7 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
120 ml milk
140 gr nuts

Instructions

----------------------------------FROSTING---------------------------------6 oz Cream cheese one third c Butter; softened 1.5 ts Vanilla 3.5 c Confectioners' sugar 1 ts Milk quarter c Chopped nuts In large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs. Add vnilla and zucchini. Mix dry ingredients together. Add alternately with milk to zucchini mixture. Blend well. Pour into a 25 cm tube or Bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes at 180ÂșC Allow to stand 10 minutes, then remove from pan.

Frosting. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in bowl. Add confectioners' sugar and milk; mix until creamy. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts. ----
