Ingredients

50 gr vegetable shortening
1 loin of veal
220 gr butter
1 onion
40 gr mushrooms
2 celery stalks
2 tomatoes
120 ml chicken stock
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 gr marjoram
2 truffles

Instructions
