Louisiana Creole Rabbit
Ingredients
1 rabbit
3 gr salt
3 gr black pepper
1 gr cayenne pepper
30 gr onion
3 garlic
30 ml vinegar
5 ml browning sauce
1 package mushrooms
14 gr butter
2 gr parsley
18 gr green bell pepper
16 gr green onions
160 ml wine

7. Bake 30 to 45 minutes longer, until rabbit is fork-tender.
