Low-cal Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

190 gr flour
240 ml low-fat milk
1/4 granulated fructose
130 gr liquid shortening
45 gr unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
6 gr baking soda
3 gr salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350^. Grease anf flour a 13 X 23 cm cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes. Let cool.
