Low Cal Crab Dip
Ingredients
120 ml low-fat sour cream
28 gr low fat margarine
16 ml skim milk
16 gr horseradish
2 ml dry mustard
2 ml worcestershire sauce
1 ml sauce
230 ml tub lo fat cream cheese
55 gr lo fat cheddar
130 gr lump crabmeat
1 gr paprika

Instructions
Process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cheese and crab. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or vegetables. Makes: 3.5 cups Calories per 1 tablespoon: 18 (fat, .9 gram)
