Low-cholesterol Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

120 ml sunflower oil
30 ml molasses
16 ml honey
1 egg
45 ml water
3 gr vanilla
300 gr rolled oats
65 gr flour
40 gr wheat flour
1 gr salt
2 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
60 gr walnuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ºC . Cream oil and molasses and honey. Mix in egg white, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Do not over-mix. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180ºC for 8-10 minutes or until brown.
