Low-fat Garden Pizza

Ingredients

1 package pizza crust mix
170 gr mushrooms
280 gr carrot
130 gr zucchini
60 gr onion
16 ml vegetable oil
230 ml tomato sauce
1 gr garlic
1 gr fennel
1 gr basil
2 gr oregano
5 gr brown sugar
110 gr mozzarella cheese
40 gr parmesan cheese

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 36 cm pizza crisper pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press prepared crust onto pan and bake for 14 to 16 minutes. Meanwhile saute mushrooms, carrots, zucchini and onion in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes. When crust in prebaked, sprinkle with vegetables, sauce, seasonings, sugar and cheeses.
