Low Fat Lentil Chili

Ingredients

130 gr pork
240 ml water
6 gr chili powder
300 gr tomatoes
4 gr sugar
3 celery
1 gr garlic powder
1 onion
1 gr cumin
1 lentils
180 ml tomato juice

Instructions

Trim any fat from meat. Cut meat in 1 cm cubes. Heat a non stick saucepan or pan sprayed with cooking oil over medium heat. Brown meat quickly and stir in remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about one hour or until lentils are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
