Low Fat Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

190 gr pumpkin
120 ml yogurt
4 gr vanilla
250 gr flour
170 gr raisins
170 gr brown sugar
5 gr cinnamon
5 gr ginger
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
1 gr allspice
1 gr nutmeg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, yogurt, and vanilla. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, salt, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, 5 cm apart. Bake for 15 minutes, until they seem firm.
