Low-fat Vegetable Lasagne Roll-ups

Ingredients

55 gr lasagna noodles
2 broccoli
1 gr basil
7 gr parsley
240 gr cottage cheese
55 gr mozzarella cheese
1 egg
2 onions
3 gr oregano
1 gr garlic salt
750 ml spaghetti sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook lasagne til tender. Drain. Lay flat on towel to dry. Combine all other ingredients except the sauce. Spoon about one third c. of mixture onto each noodle, leaving about 5 cm at end; roll up. Spread some sauce in baking dish. Place rolls in dish seam-side down. Pour remaining sauce over rolls. Cover dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
