Lowfat Muffins

Ingredients

1 banana
60 ml applesauce
60 ml molasses
80 gr raspberry preserves
120 gr soy
28 gr brown sugar
170 gr raisins
2 bran
1 nbsp
160 gr flour
14 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
1/4 cinammon

Instructions

Add to dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins, bake at 200ÂșC for 20 minutes.

Notes: original called for quarter cup brown sugar. With the raspberry preserves, an 0.125 of a cup is plenty. You could also substitute raspberry with any other flavor of jam/preserve.
