Lunchbox: Couscous And Chick

Ingredients

160 gr couscous
85 gr raisins
200 gr chick peas
110 gr ham
7 gr parsley
3 green onions
1 tomato
1 sweet pepper
1 zucchini
120 ml olive oil good quality
45 ml lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 gr salt
1 gr cumin
1 gr turmeric
1 ml pepper sauce

Instructions

In saucepan, bring 1- quarter cup water to boil; stir in couscous and raisins. Cover and remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. In large bowl, combine couscous mixture, chick-peas, ham, parsley, onions, tomato, red pepper and zucchini.
