Ingredients

14 gr butter
9 gr flour
2 gr salt
1 gr pepper
10 ml dry mustard
700 ml milk
110 gr sharp cheddar cheese
100 gr elbow macaroni
200 gr luncheon meat
14 gr melted butter
120 gr seasond fine dry bread crumb
1/2 cooking time

Instructions

Variation: 2.5 cups of ham, tongue, turkey, other leftover meat or other luncheon meat may be substituted for the canned luncheon-meat.
