Macaroni Bake, Low Cal

Ingredients

210 gr macaroni
1 onion
9 gr margarine
32 gr flour
475 ml skimmed milk
3 gr dill weed
1 gr parsley
1 gr garlic powder
1 gr pepper
250 gr low-fat cottage cheese
36 gr bread crumbs
1 gr paprika

Instructions

Preheat oven 180ÂșC . Saute onions in margarine, add flour. Stir in milk, little at a time until thick. Add spices. Add cheese. Add macaroni. Pour into shallow pan. Top with crumbs and paprika. Bake 45 minutes.
