Mad Mike's Chili

Ingredients

1,300 gr round steak cubed
2 onions
4 carrots
46 v
8 juice
190 gr tomato paste
525 gr tomatoes
1 package beef broth
2 cans enchilada sauce mild
10 bay leaves
55 gr brown sugar
40 gr chili powder
18 gr cumin
6 gr cayenne pepper
5 gr oregano

Instructions

Dice the meat into 1 cm cubes, cutting across the grain. In a 3 gallon pot, saute the onions in some olive oil until they are soft. Add the meat and continue cooking until meat is grayish brown, about 20 minutes. Mix in all the other ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 hours.
