200 gr sugar 2 eggs 180 ml milk 3/4 mashed potato 475 gr flour 50 gr melted shortening 4 gr vanilla 18 gr baking powder 4 gr ginger
Instructions
Mix sugar and eggs, add milk and potato. Add shortening and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients, add and mix well. Chill 1 hour before frying. Roll, cut out and fry in deep fat at 375.
