Makovyi Knysh

Ingredients

1 package dry yeast
120 ml milk
350 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
110 gr butter
1 stick
38 gr sugar
1 egg
240 ml poppy seeds milk to cover the seeds
30 ml honey
5 gr butter
2 egg whites

Instructions

from one long edge and roll up, making sure that the filling is sealed inside. Place on a non-stick baking sheet, seam side down. Bake in a preheated 180ÂșC . oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Brush with the egg laze and cool on a wire rack.
