Mama's Potato Soup
Ingredients
30 ml oil
4 garlic
120 gr onions
3 tomatoes
65 gr green chilies
8 gr flour
1,900 ml chicken broth
375 gr potatoes
3 gr black pepper
2 slices sized carrots
1 slice sized zucchini
425 gr monterey jack cheese
2,800 ml saucepan
Instructions
before serving add the cubed cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
