Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

240 ml water
100 gr sugar
3 mangoes
1 lime juice
1 lemon
16 gr rum

Instructions

Make a syrup by combining water & sugar in a non-corrosive pot & bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & let cool. Peel & puree the mangoes. Strain them through a fine sieve. Combine all the ingredients & freeze following instructions for making Lemon Sorbet. Jim Tarantino, "Sorbets!"
