Mango Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

2 ripe mangos
30 ml lemon juice
14 gr margarine
75 gr brown sugar
55 gr margarine
150 gr sugar
1 egg
120 ml milk
160 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt

Instructions

Pour lemon juice over mangos and let stand 15 minutes. Melt 1 Tablespoon. margarine in 8 in. cake pan or casserole. (Do not use iron skillet as mangos will darken.) Add brown sugar and cover with mango slices. To prepare cake batter, cream margarine; add sugar and cream; add beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
