Maple-barbecued Oven Spareribs

Ingredients

475 gr maple syrup
30 ml chili sauce
30 ml cider vinegar
12 gr onion
16 ml worcestershire sauce
3 gr salt
2 ml dry mustard
1 gr black pepper
525 gr pork spareribs

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except spare ribs and bring to a boil. Wipe spareribs with damp paper towels. Brush sauce on both sides of ribs. Place in a shallow, open roasting pan and bake for 1- half hours, basting frequently with remaining sauce and turning to glaze.
