Maple-mustard-glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients

some stir maple syrup
525 gr pork loin roast
210 gr maple syrup
45 ml dijon-style mustard
30 ml cider vinegar
30 ml soy sauce
1 salt and pepper
350 degree oven until internal temperature measured with a meat thermometer
